In light of the trend of people leaving the church, at least in part, over a perception that the church is fake, it is absolutely imperative that we preach with sincerity. The beautiful gospel of Jesus Christ deserves that from us.
I wrote a post about this and wanted to pass it along this week:
READ: The Pleasure and Power of Preaching with Sincerity
Also, over the last couple of weeks, I’ve had numerous conversations with leaders in multiple realms, all of whom can strongly identify with what I’ve been saying about leadership burnout and its effects on the church.
I just wanted to pass along, again, a link to the free Burnout Assessment tool I’ve developed.
If you find yourself in a place of exhaustion or discouragement please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I would love to connect, hear your story, and offer any encouragement I can!
Enjoy this coming weekend!

Brandon

This Week’s Big Sermon Idea
Series: Overflow
A five-part sermon series based on the idea that God’s goodness, love, and blessing so fill our lives that we cannot help but overflow into the lives of others around us. This series touches on the goodness of God, the fullness of God’s spirit, and the relationship between God’s goodness and our generosity.
